The hotel was quirky and the staff were highly efficient. The breakfast was good with lots of products. The location was favourable, a couple of blocks away from Carnaby Street. And it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were charming and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The decor in our room was chic and plush, with unique details like diamanté door handles. The bedding was unusually comfortable for a hotel, and the tiling in the bathroom was so beautiful that we even took a photo for inspiration. The hotel's location was perfect, just behind a bustling shopping street and within walking distance of many landmarks and restaurants. We also enjoyed a late-night drink at the rooftop bar, which had prompt service and stunning views.
